Mixing task and advantages of working with the twin-shaft mixer type HM

Mixing task:  Modified grains make rolls and breads especially appetizing and tasty. In addition, they are also used in certain types of muesli. Different seeds are often combined into a compound. Small amounts of oil bind any dust.

Advantages:  Homogenous blending is achieved despite different bulk densities and particle sizes.

The mixing is:
