Inspection door at the mixer vessel
amixon’s side inspection doors comply with EHEDG, GMP and FDA standards and can be easily cleaned either manually or automatically, using dry or wet methods. CleverCut large doors allow for convenient inspection and cleaning; oval inspection openings are fitted with O-ring seals.
The OmgaSeal design is virtually free of dead spaces, particularly hygienic, suitable for wet cleaning, microbiologically controllable and provides a robust, permanently gas- and liquid-tight seal.
amixon® units comply with current hygiene guidelines. They are manufactured in accordance with EHEDG, GMP and FDA standards. They are easy to clean – whether manually, automatically, dry or wet. Key hygiene features include the large CleverCut® doors, which facilitate easy inspection and cleaning. The large, oval inspection openings on the sides are fitted with an O-ring seal. The special and unique OmgaSeal® design is particularly hygienic. It is virtually free of dead spaces, can be cleaned with water and is microbiologically controllable. The seal is very robust and remains permanently gas- and liquid-tight.
