Clever-Cut inspection hatch

A Clever-Cut inspection door is an inspection door manufactured by Clever-Cut GmbH, in which the door panel is cut out of the apparatus shell with high contour accuracy and then reinserted, resulting in a flush-fitting, hygienic and mechanically robust construction. In amixon® equipment – such as conical mixing dryers or vacuum mixing dryers and reactors – such inspection doors are often positioned on the side of vapour filters or on the jacket. They can also be designed to be temperature-controlled to prevent condensation and product build-up in this area.

The Clever-Cut design allows for large, easily accessible openings whilst ensuring a reliable seal against product, gases, vacuum and operating pressure, as well as a very smooth internal contour that improves cleanability and hygiene. Clever-Cut inspection doors thus facilitate the operation, maintenance and cleaning of amixon® mixers and dryers without compromising the required process reliability or product hygiene.
