Test machines

Test machines are technical devices used to carry out tests. They are used to test processes, products and equipment under defined conditions. The aim is to evaluate their behaviour, performance and quality.

The amixon® technical centre houses a wide range of test machines. These can be tested at the amixon® technical centre. On request, test machines can also be delivered to the customer’s premises and operated there.

On-site trials at the customer’s premises are sometimes unavoidable. They are particularly recommended where complex process conditions exist that are difficult or impossible to replicate in the pilot plant. Some products must be processed whilst still hot, straight from production, before they cool down. In other cases, the materials involved are hazardous mixtures that may only be processed in a specially secured area at the customer’s premises.

Pilot plants are used in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, battery and plastics industries. They enable scale-up and process optimisation. Risks are minimised.
