Polymer powders can be found in various bulk forms. For example, they occur as finely dispersed dusts. They can also be found as powders with a broad particle size distribution. They are often supplied in the form of granules with free-flowing particles. Furthermore, they occur as irregularly shaped flakes. In many processes, polymer powders are also used in the form of nearly spherical prills.
