Emptying mixers

 

In many mixing plants, different recipes have to be produced every day. Typical examples are spice factories, manufacturers of instant foods, instant menus, effervescent tablets, food stabilisers, food colourings, cosmetics and diet products.

The powder mixer must be completely cleaned after each batch. The cleaner the mixer is emptied, the easier and quicker it is to clean. The more completely a powder mixer empties the mix, the more efficiently it works.

  • Every gram of powder that remains in the mixer is a loss.
  • Only what is delivered can be sold.
  • Manual emptying should be avoided as it is considered unhygienic.
