OmgaSeal® - Polymer seal for technically dead space-free sealing
The centerpiece of the Clever-Cut® concept is the OmgaSeal® polymer seal. It was specifically developed for use in powder mixers and is geometrically designed to seal directly in the product-contact area. This creates a technically dead-space-free sealing point that reliably prevents product adhesions, moisture ingress, and microbiological risks. OmgaSeal® is designed to withstand the high mechanical and chemical stresses of industrial mixing processes. It is resistant to typical cleaning agents, CIP/WIP processes, and abrasive powders, making a significant contribution to the hygienic and economical design of the mixing system.

The innovative manufacturing process ensures that the door remains dimensionally stable even with frequent opening and closing, and the OmgaSeal® seal is evenly applied across the entire sealing surface. The defined contact pressure maintains the elasticity of the sealing material and ensures a permanently gas-tight, process-safe seal over long operating periods.
