Broad process expertise - also for demanding applications
In the amixon® Technical Center, both mixing processes and drying and reaction processes are investigated with original products under realistic conditions. The focus is on the safe design of the entire process. Mixing processes include mixing, homogenizing, granulating, agglomerating, moistening, coating, and other refining steps. Evaluated are mixing quality, product protection, energy input, cleanability, and reproducibility in later series operation. Drying and reaction processes involve applications where temperature, vacuum, pressure, or reaction control play a central role. This includes vacuum drying, thermal processes, syntheses, as well as temperature- and pressure-controlled process steps under demanding conditions. In both areas, experiments are conducted with real process parameters and your original products - regardless of whether they are dry, moist, wet, or safety-critical products.

Over 30 test facilities in different sizes enable processes to be realistically simulated from small scale to pilot plant. Even with limited product quantities, reliable statements for production scale can be made.
