Functional principle
The ComDisc® discharge tools are mounted on the lower mixer arm and operate on a simple yet effective principle. During the mixing process, they remain raised and "float" in the mixed material. Since they are in the flow shadow of the mixer arm, they do not affect the mixing process.
Only during discharge do the ComDisc® tools lower. As the filling level decreases, they push the remaining product residues evenly, quickly, and without segregation into the outlet nozzle. This ensures that even the last bit is reliably discharged - fully automatically and reproducibly.
