Design specifications

The horizontally mounted mixing-shaft is encased in a cylindrical tank. The mixing-shaft can be equipped with a selection of different mixing tools. The thick-walled plates on either end of the mixing tank attach to the bottom support lugs, serving as the standing mechanism for the machine. Engineered as a heavy and compact single unit, the machine can be securely fastened to the floor. A series of lifting eyes serve to ease installation. Inlet and outlet diameters measure DN 400.

Mixing tank dimensions: Ø 2’ (620mm), 9’10” long (3000mm), with a wall-thickness of 8.86” (22.5mm).

Product contact surfaces: Carbon steel 355J2G3. All weld seams that come into contact with the product are flush with the tank surface.

Five Clever-Cut® inspection doors: Strategic placement grants direct access to the mixing tank and all mixing tools for easy cleaning and mounting. CleverCut® engineering ensures there is no dead space between the mixing vessel and the inspection doors. Each door is mounted with hinges and securely shut with KwickKlamp®.

Safety interlock: via key transfer system

Drive power: 75kW, 50Hz, 400V. Compatible with frequency converters. A console with German-engineered gear boxes is fastened to the mixer at a safe distance from the shaft feedthrough and encased in safety paneling. 

Motor: approx. 75kW, 50Hz, 400V, 4-prong; IP54. Compatible with control via frequency converter. Shaft feedthrough is secured by a special lip seal.
