amixon® mix reactors (pressure- and vacuum-tight) are CIP and SIP compliant. High-pressure orbital wash heads automatically enter the reactor. To save expensive sterile steam, all parts of the mix reactor can be heated. All components have FDA authorization (CFR labelling). amixon® meets: 3-a sanitary standards, GMP standards and EHEDG standards. amixon® has a qualification concept available, and can carry out qualification per European GMP Guidelines (DQ, IQ and OQ).
