In order to fulfill our information requirements according to Art. 12 (et seqq) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we would like to present our information on data protection below:

Which of your data are processed by us? And for what purposes?

If we have received data from you, we will only process it for the purposes for which we received or collected it.

Data processing for other purposes can only be considered if the legal requirements to that extent required under Article 6 (4) GDPR are met. In the case, of course, we will observe and consider any information requirements according to Art. 13 § 3 GDPR and Art. 14 §. 4 GDPR. 

On what legal basis is that based?

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is basically – as far as there are no specific legal provisions – Art. 6 GDPR. Here are the following options in particular:

  • Consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR)
  • Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (Art. (6). 1 lit. b) GDPR)
  • Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller (Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR)
  • processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) lit. c) GDPR) 

If personal information is processed by us on the basis of your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent to us at any time with future effect.

If we process data on the basis of legitimate interests pursued by us, you as the person concerned have the right to object to the processing of personal data, taking into account the requirements of Art. 21 GDPR. 

How long are the data stored?

We process the data as long as this is necessary for the purpose.

Of course, you can request (see below) information about your data stored in our data base at any time and also require a deletion and/ or restriction of processing the data in case of a non-existent necessity to process your personal data. 

To which recipients will the data be passed on?

A transfer of your personal data to third parties will only take place if

  • This is necessary for the execution of the contract with you, such as for transmission to a representative abroad
  • The transfer on the basis of a balance of interests by means of Art. 6 § 1 lit. f) GDPR is admissible
  • We are legally obliged to disclose your data
  • You have given your consent. 

Your rights as "concerned person"

You have the following rights with respect to the personal data concerning you:

  • Right to information
  • Right to correction and/or deletion
  • Right to limitation of processing
  • Right to object to the processing
  • Right to data portability

Moreover you have the right to complain at any time to a supervisory authority about our processing of data concerning yourself.
