Nineteen patents and unique potential in a number of fields
Our amixon® team consists of about 70 workers, and manufactures patented processing apparatus and mixing machines. The new amixon® brand was created in 2003 for the purposes of marketing our mixing machines and processing apparatus internationally. This was followed by the establishment of amixon® GmbH in Paderborn and amixon Inc. in Memphis TN (USA).  In amixon® we have a modern brand, with world-wide protection, particularly useful in areas where Asiatic languages are spoken. amixon® is a trend-setter in the construction of hygienic equipment.


Our companies

• (founded 1983) makes an extremely wide range of mixers, dryers and reactors
• (founded in 2000) can cut components sized up to 3 m x 3 m x 6 m to fabricate three-dimensional forms with a precision of 1/10 mm with its high-pressure water torch, and can manufacture unusually hygienic inspection doors (www.clever-cut.de) while

still exist as before, and provide the basis for our further development. They are located on the Paderborn industrial estate, and remain the sole property of the founder, Stefan Ruberg.

Room for pioneers
We would be very happy to undertake pilots of your new products and procedures under development and invite you to view demonstrations in our factory laboratories in Paderborn or Memphis TN, USA. The processes are demonstrated here with your original products, the results interpreted, and transferred to the parameters that you want. This eliminates risks associated with technical aspects of the process. Your investment is based on solid foundations.

Supervision of on-site assembly and provision of after-sales service to suit the customer’s requirements.
If you wish we can provide a supervisor to manage and monitor the installation of your new processing machinery, or alternatively we ourselves can install your new processing equipment . After installation we will undertake a safety check and commission the equipment. At the same time we will train your production and maintenance staff. We carry out updates, servicing, repair and refurbishment of your amixon® machines in all parts of the world. In an emergency we can usually be on-site anywhere in the world within 24 hours.

amixon® validates automatic "cleaning-in-place" operations or "sterilising-in-place"-procedures. We also carry out qualifications of pharmaceutical production facilities and document the results in accordance with European Good Manufacturing Practices standards as Design Qualifications, Installation Qualifications or Operational Qualifications. We work with you as partners, so that you can dedicate more time to your customers.

Partnership with depth

amixon® can immediately react to your wishes. We can quickly visualise in three dimensions the installation site of your new mixer within your facility. In the same way we can spatially acquire and document the interfaces of the mixer with your existing plant components.

 

Within a few working days you will receive three dimensionally-prepared dimensional drawings as well as sectional views, front views, side and plan views on paper and electronically.

 

In this way we will help you to establish your plant layout quickly and reliably. On top of this the generated documents will serve as blocks for your internal plant documentation.
